Business Development Manager (m/f/d) for Italy

Key Responsibilities:
In order to establish the company in Italy, you are responsible for acquiring the first local customers and inspiring them for the company
You are in charge of sales of the software solution in Italy, reporting to the CRO; in the medium term, once the first customers have been acquired, you can build up your own team and progress to a country manager position for Italy
To ensure a successful market entry, you act as an interface between marketing, product team and customer service team and work closely with these departments
You liaise with external sales development agencies to accelerate the build-up of our sales pipeline in Italy
To generate leads, you conduct demos, webinars, and presentations at events
You are the person responsible for finding new partners for the company on site in Italy, qualifying their potential and professional suitability.
Key Qualifications:
You have successfully completed your (business administration) studies; alternatively, you have a completed commercial training or are similarly qualified
You have multiple years (at least 6 years) of relevant professional experience in the real estate/ property management sector and are familiar with the industry specifics as well as with the key stakeholders
Furthermore you have experience in sales or business development in the real estate industry
You work in a structured and precise manner and keep focused on your goals
You are a communicative and authentic personality with assertiveness
You are willing to go the extra mile and are passionate about sales
You are a native Italian speaker (or C2) and fluent in English; German skills are a nice-to-have
