(Senior) Actuarial Analyst (gn) -P&C

Your tasks:
You will conduct actuarial reserve analyses across international entities and present your findings to senior leadership, enabling strategic, data-driven decisions
You will dive deep into actuarial datasets, uncover emerging trends, and translate complex data into actionable business insights
You will drive the automation and streamlining of reserving and reporting processes by leveraging modern actuarial tools and technologies
You will help elevate the technological capabilities within the global Actuarial Community and foster a culture of innovation
You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders at both group and local levels to deliver financial insights and strategic input that shape critical business directions
You will contribute to strengthening actuarial governance, promote best practices, and ensure consistent standards across all entities
Your Profile:
You have successfully completed your studies (preferably) in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics or similar field and have also completed further training as an actuary (qualified or partially qualified) at DAV or another renowned actuarial association
You have already gained professional experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance (ideally in reserving, claims or underwriting is a plus), preferably in an international insurance company or in an auditing firm (ideally Big4/next10) with a focus on P&C insurance
You have exceptional analytical skills and a solid technical background in P&C insurance. Data analytic skills and experience in Python are a big plus
You have proven ability to interact effectively with senior management and stakeholders
You own collaboration skills, a proven attention to detail, and the ability to perform well under pressure
You have exceptional analytical and conceptual skills, coupled with excellent organizational and prioritization abilities and a keen attention to detail
You are fluent in business English. Business proficiency in German or another language is also very welcome
